The Arizona House ran out of real problems this week so they propose a constitutional amendment "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state."
Thank Heaven, my 52 year marriage can be saved! We have such astute people who have solved all such matters as the state budget, economic downturn, water conservation, child and elderly abuse, crime, public transportation, the housing crash, brokers licensing, education, border security, energy, you name it, and now these people have turned their attention to hormone levels and to watching out for the sanctity of our marriages. Aren't we all glad we voted for such wonderful representation, or did we? What do you think?

I just saw, "A Single Man" in which the partner in a same sex relationship of 16 years isn't allowed at his lovers funeral because it's for "family only." That is just too hurtful for words.
That story is set in the 60s. It's even sadder that it's still an issue today.
Movie blessings,
